About Us
ADDITIVEELITE is a modular additive manufacturing software suite founded in 2026. It brings production preparation for metal, polymer and concrete printing under one roof. Every module works independently: you use only the tools you need and grow your workflow module by module.
Cost Calculator – Calculates cost from machine, material, gas, electricity, labor and VAT inputs. Saves presets per technology.
Production Reporting System – Project documents, process data, costing, invoicing and reports in one place for SLM, EBM, DED, FFM and Concrete. Switch technology from the bar under the menu; the AI Agent can switch it too.
STL Repair Tool (Free) – Checks a mesh against 10 status tests and repairs it with one-click Quick Repair. Every step is validated, so faulty results are rejected. Large meshes can be split, repaired on multiple cores and merged. Undo keeps the last 3 states. Includes an AI Agent.

3D Support Generator (3-Axis) – Finds support points by overhang angle (default 45°) and builds supports with 1–4 cylinders per point. Offers manual placement, face selection and build-plate or part-surface modes. Large parts use Split + Auto Support + Union. STL and 3MF files load in the background with a progress bar and a cancel option. The build plate size and the XY grid layout update live as you type or move a slider. The AI Agent adjusts settings and runs steps through natural-language commands. SLM/EBM Slicer (3-Axis) – Multi-part nesting, per-part parameters, layer preview and measurement tools. Line or stripe scan strategies, 67° layer rotation and contours-first option. Estimates build time and exports .cli files. The AI Agent sets power, speed, hatch and layer thickness, slices and exports. DED Slicer (3/4-Axis) – Horizontal, tilted and belt orientation for wire and powder feed. Exports 4-axis G-code (X/Y/Z/B) with line and stripe scan strategies and WAAM arc parameters. Tabbed panel (Presets, Parts, Process, Layer, Deposition), live build volume and parts placed by dragging in the 3D view. Controlled by the AI Agent. FFM Slicer (3/4-Axis) – Filament and pellet extrusion with three extrusion modes, tilted and belt orientation, nozzle compensation and large build volume presets. Tabbed panel (Presets, Parts, Slicing, Infill, Print), live build volume and drag-to-place parts. Controlled by the AI Agent. Concrete Slicer (3-Axis) – Wall, infill, foundation and top passes for large-format concrete printing. Four scan strategies, concrete G-code, and flow, speed and pressure settings per pass. STL Repair, Support, SLM/EBM, DED, FFM, Concrete and ERP each include an AI Agent. Describe what you want in plain language: it changes settings, applies presets, loads files, selects, moves and rotates parts, slices, estimates build time, exports and jumps to any layer.
